Cancellation Policy
📌 PLEASE READ POLICY CAREFULLY • Location: The appointment address will be provided 24 hours before your scheduled session. (KIPLING & 409) • Packages & Session Timeframes: When booking a package, you are committing to completing your sessions within the required timeframe: 6–8 sessions: must be completed within 2–3 weeks 10–12 sessions: must be completed within 4–8 weeks 20+ sessions: must be completed within 1–2 months Packages cannot be used for once-a-month appointments. If sessions are booked outside of the required timeframe, they will be treated as individual sessions and charged at the individual session rate, not the package rate. • Payment Policy (Read This Twice): All appointments and packages must be PAID IN FULL at the time of booking. 🚫 NO deposits 🚫 NO installment plans 🚫 NO e-transfers Accepted payment methods: THROUGH WEBSITE or IF IN PERSON DEBIT/CREDIT MACHINE All payments are FINAL. NO refunds under any circumstances. • Late Arrivals & Cancellations: Arriving 15 minutes late results in a $15 late fee Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment result in a $20 cancellation fee • No-Shows & Missed Appointments: If you do not show up or fail to book appointments within your package timeframe, all remaining sessions will be forfeited. You will be required to repurchase and rebook to continue services. • Guests: 🚫 ABSOLUTELY NO GUESTS. No exceptions. • Parking: Street parking is available. Some spots require payment (approximately $2 per hour). Parking enforcement varies, but paying is recommended to avoid tickets.
