PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING 📍 Location: Etobicoke (Kipling & Highway 409) The full address will be provided 24 hours before your appointment by text . Packages & Sessions: Packages are designed for clients attending 2–3 times per week for best results. Package Timeframes: • 6–8 Sessions: Complete within 2–3 weeks • 10–12 Sessions: Complete within 4–8 weeks • 20+ Sessions: Complete within 1–2 months Clients attending once per week or less must book Individual Sessions. Session Expiration: Unused sessions expire after 30 days and do not roll over, transfer, pause, or carry forward. Payment Policy: A non-refundable deposit is required for all packages. Remaining balances may be paid 2 ways. •Option 1: Split into 2 payments: Example: 12 Session= $1694.99- $200.00(deposit that goes towards your session)= $1494.99/2 payments=$747.49 (1st session) then $747.49 (10th session) or •Option 2: Smaller payments paid before each session. EX: 12 Session= $1694.99- $200.00( deposit that goes towards your session)= $1494.99/12 session= $124.58 each session THESE ARE EXAMPLES,PRICES CAN CHANGE AT ANYTIME . All package balances must be paid in full by the second-to-last session. Refund Policy: All sales are final. No refunds. Late Arrivals & Cancellations: • 15+ minutes late = $20 late fee • 48-hour notice required for cancellations • Late cancellations = $35 fee • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session No-Shows: Missed appointments result in forfeiture of that session. Guests: No guests permitted. Parking: Parking is available on-site. Some spaces require payment (approximately $2.50/hour). Please pay where required to avoid parking tickets.
