📌 PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING 📍 Location: The appointment address will be provided 24 hours before your scheduled session. Location area: Kipling & Highway 409 📦 Service Packages & Individual Sessions (IMPORTANT): Packages are strictly reserved for clients booking 2–3 sessions per week and require consistency to achieve optimal results. When booking a package, you are committing to completing your sessions within the required timeframe: 6–8 sessions: must be completed within 2–3 weeks 10–12 sessions: must be completed within 4–8 weeks 20+ sessions: must be completed within 1–2 months ⚠️ Packages CANNOT be used for once-a-week, once-a-month, or occasional appointments. Clients booking once weekly or less must book individual sessions only. If sessions are booked outside the required timeframe, they will be treated as individual sessions and charged at the individual rate. 🚫 Unused sessions do not roll over, pause, or carry forward under any circumstances. 💳 Payment Policy (PLEASE READ) ✅ Deposits: All packages require a non-refundable deposit to book. Deposits go toward your total package cost. Deposits secure your appointment time and cover preparation and scheduling. ✅ Remaining Balance: The remaining balance can be paid: Half now / half later OR Per session before each appointment ⚠️ Each session must be paid before the appointment begins. ⚠️ Full balance must be paid by the second-to-last session. 🚫 No payment = No session ✅ Individual & Small Services: Single sessions and smaller services must be paid in full at booking. 🚫 Refund Policy: ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS under any circumstances. ⏰ Late Arrivals & Cancellations: 15+ minutes late = $20 late fee 48-hour cancellation notice required, Late cancellations = $35 fee Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions 🚫 No-Shows & Missed Appointments: No-shows result in automatic forfeiture of the session. Failure to complete sessions within the timeframe results in forfeiture of remaining sessions. Clients must repurchase to continue. 👥 Guests:🚫 NO GUESTS. NO EXCEPTIONS. 🚗 Parking: Building parking available. Some spots require payment (~$2/hour). Payment recommended to avoid tickets. 📌 Agreement: By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies.
