Refund & Return Policy Physical Products LoveMeSculptingSpa offers a 14-day return policy on eligible physical products, starting from the date the customer receives the item. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are not provided as store credit. How to Request a Return To initiate a return, customers must contact lovemesculptinspa@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the item. If approved, return instructions will be provided. Non-Refundable Items The following are non-refundable: Services rendered Digital products Used or opened items Customized or made-to-order products Gift cards Right of Withdrawal Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase of eligible physical products within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason. Local Pickup Orders Local pickup orders must be collected within 7 days of purchase. Orders not picked up within this timeframe will be canceled and no refund will be issued. Shipping Policy Order Processing Please allow 7–10 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. Processing times may vary depending on order volume and product availability.
